Scope and costs
Storage, backup software, cloud subscriptions, replacement hardware and specialist data recovery are quoted separately unless included in writing. A backup is only useful if it can be accessed and restored, but no recovery outcome can be guaranteed where source data, media or third-party services have already failed.
