5. Payments and Billing

Where applicable:

  • Invoices are issued based on agreed terms
  • Late payments may attract interest or result in service suspension
  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be subject to VAT

Payment terms will be detailed in client agreements or proposals.


6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our website and services “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, OneNode is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruptions or data loss
  • Service delays caused by third parties or events outside our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the past 3 months.
